FLAT TUMMY DRINK

Flat tummy drink

At least twice a day for quick results.



First thing in the morning:

Fruit smoothie
• any cubed fruit you like (half a glass)
• soaked flax (lin) seeds (2 soup spoonful)
• a piece of fresh ginger, or green cardamom pods, a bit of a vanilla stick, chili, or nutmeg.
• A half glass of water

Blend thoroughly until creamy.
Drink in the morning to boost your detox; and far away from any meal.


Veggie smoothie

(As a replacement-or starter-for lunch, dinner, or before a snack)

• Any raw veggie you like (beetroot's my favorite), with some watery veggie at the bottom of the blender (tomato, cucumber, etc...)
• soaked flax (lin) seeds (2 soup spoonful)
• Any condiment you like (garlic, ginger, galangal, raw tumeric root for detox of the liver, fresh coriander for the balance of your system, chili, basil, etc...)
• half a glass of water

Blend thoroughly until creamy.
Can be drunk just before lunch and dinner, or 20 mns before those meals, in order to slim even more!



SOAKED FLAX SEEDS:

Fill up half a glass with brown or golden flax seeds, cover up to the brim with water, store at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
The mix will turn slimy, that’s good!
Store into the fridge up to a week.
Then scoop the quantity you like of the slime for your flat tummy drink.


Once soaked, the flax seeds will germinate, thus increasing 600 times the quantity of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and more importantly, ENZYMES!

Blended, these wonder seeds will release all those precious nutrients, and, added bonus, the essential fatty acids and husk will help your colon to get rid of the three to six kilos
of old, fermented, molded crap glued into your large intestine.
