UNIVERSAL LAWS AND ESSENTIAL TOOLS FOR A PEACEFUL MIND AND A HEALTHY BODY


we are all different, various constitutions, lots of different parameters, co-factors; not to mention the latest fab, regime book, fashion diet, celebrity weight-loss plan...
how to make Life more simple, healthier, tastier, freer???!!!

 our physical body is commanded by universal laws, valid for everyone, at anytime, at anyplace, whatever one's lifestyle…

Once we start to respect these laws, we are rewarded by tremendous health
and pleasure in Life, much more stamina and clarity of mind, etc…
Of course, each individual is different from another, and it is where the essential tools are indispensable for us to create our own supple and flexible every day way of Life.

These laws and tools are simple, down-to-hearth, easy to understand and to practice in everyday routine, even at the restaurant, at parties and friends dinners!


We will study the very basics of nutrition:

chrono-nutrition
(when to eat the proper food…),
food combinations
(how to marry harmoniously the ingredients of our food intake at any given meal…),
the Living food approach
(what are the healthiest ingredients.)

Basic timetables, informative sheets, recipes and charts will be provided during this workshop.

return to the pleasure to eat without hassle, regime or guilt feelings, or having to control the food intake, or count calories…
thus allowing us to shed toxins and layers of fat (if any!) without further thought!...
